i really enjoyed the gym facilities. nickil, the trainer, showed us everything and explained it super well. he was so polite!
the pool felt a little dirty and was also quite cold. the buffet breakfast wasn't anything special. i thought the food tasted a bit oily.

The garden room was close to the pool, very convenient for quick access. The facilities in the room were excellent (i especially liked the minibar). The relaxing atmosphere and helpful staff, especially the lifeguard and room attendants.
The location is somewhat isolated, with nothing much around the hotel besides the airport. I would have liked to see more dining options available later in the evening.

The staff was very accommodating. I requested early check-in, and they honored it without issue. The front desk provided quick and efficient service, answering all my questions and helping with transportation arrangements and general directions.

We found the hotel clean, including all the pool areas. I appreciated that. the staff were very polite and attentive, always ready with a smile. the hotel offers a happy hour every day, with complimentary food and drinks it seemed quite generous. we took a taxi to the marina. It took us about 35-40 minutes, traffic depending, but it was totally worth a visit
The garden view room i booked turned out to overlook a parking area. It felt a bit misleading. the soundproof windows are not as efficient as i hoped. The place felt loud at times, though i still enjoyed our stay.

Inconsistent Service During Stay

I experienced issues with the room, it seemed smaller than advertised. i was also dissapointed with breakfast. The chef consistently burned my omelette. the tabouleh had couscous so hard. It chipped my tooth. service was slow, and requests for water and tea went unfulfilled. later. I asked for coffee. Two shots came in one.
